Gonella Realty's Market Update

Coldwell Banker Gonella Realty was pleased to welcome Andrew Mendlin, Esq. when he spoke to our agents this past Thursday, October 27, 2011.  Andrew is an attorney who specializes in business and real estate matters.

He shared with us the results of a recent trial in which someone had not completely filled in a blank on a real estate contract, and how this small omission lead to 4 years of legal wrangling, culminating in a weeklong trial and $200,000 in legal fees.  Andrew also presented his top 10 list of real estate agent caveats.
